MINDFULNESS COURSE

The program

The experience is divided into four meetings. Each meeting includes:

  • Instruction in guided mindfulness meditation practices

  • Group dialogues

  • Practices to improve self-awareness, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills

  • Exercises with the horse from the ground to gain direct experience of the skills explored in the sessions

The Manimal Method

This experiential way is based on the Manimal method, an innovative approach based on the relationship between man and animal and applied exclusively by the “Università dell’ Equitazione” to the relationship between man and horse.
